CAPLA: Architectural Reemployment in Detroit

This is my Capstone Project.  The idea to bring the relics and ruins of the city's once vibrant industry and transport them to a single site for cleaning, repair, presentation, and historical education.  The building was to be a new home for the Detroit Historical Society and an automotive museum.  The focus of Architectural Reemploymentism is to salvage current and historical elements and repurpose them with meaningful display for public interaction before they turn to ruins. The project reviewed Detroit's abandoned facilities and proposes the transport of significant elements to a unified site for the new Detroit Historical Society and Automotive Museum.
